Prof. Adam Beckman is an experienced lecturer at the Ohio State University, Center for Aviation Studies. Some of the courses that he teaches are:

"Dispatch". Among his students he is known as 'Super easygoing, makes the lectures fun'.
The Ohio State University Center for Aviation Studies is ranked #5 in the USA for aviation studies. Graduates of the aviation program often go on

names such as Dassault Aviation and Aerospatiale.
In 1996, JB joined Dassault Aviation, where for more than 15 years JB held several leadership positions within the organization, from
Support Program, Training Center to Operations as Deputy Director. During his tenure with Dassault Aviation, JB was seconded for 3 years
as a pilot to Air Alsie, a renown Danish aircraft management operator, where he performed operational feedback for Falcon aircraft - assisting
Dassault Aviation in improving the design of future Falcon aircraft and also implementation of strategies in ensuring continuous growth.
In 2012, JB was appointed as the CEO of Sapura Aero in Malaysia, responsible for the major task of setting up the affiliated Aviation
Operating Businesses - creating, integrating and streamlining the business of Sapura Aero and diversifying its revenue base while offering
one-stop services for business aviation aircraft owners ranging from hangarage, ground handling, charter and aircraft management.
Throughout his career path, JB has also been involved in various aviation incident and accident investigations, standing at both ends of the
spectrum (manufacturer and civilian), resulting in a unique background to identify and mitigate risks, either from a design, technical,
operational, human factor or legal point of view.
JB is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile - ENAC (National School of Civil Aviation) as an Aeronautic Engineer.

Camelia Gheorghe is the Dean of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Romanian-American University. She coordinates the
master's program "Business Management in Tourism and Aviation". Prior to this position she was Director of the IATA Center at the university,
an IATA Authorized Training Center, and was the "International Relations Coordinator" for the Faculty of Domestic and International Tourism
Economics. The Romanian-American University was founded with the aim of promoting the educational values of American higher education. It is
independent and not affiliated with an American university.
She coordinates the master's program "Business Management in Tourism and Aviation", at the same faculty, organizes the annual international
conference "Management, Leadership and Innovation towards a Better Changing World". In the past she was a keynote speaker at the congresses

Prof. Dr. Shawn Pruchnicki, FRAeS ATP CFII MEI, lectures at the Ohio State University, Center of Aviation Studies.
Recently he testified before U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Investigations hearing to examine Boeing's broken safety culture.
Shawn Pruchnicki originally trained as a pharmacist/toxicologist, he has also worked as a firefighter/paramedic, an airline pilot,
and later for NASA prior to coming to OSU. During his airline time as a pilot and Captain, he was also trained in accident investigation
at the NTSB Training Center. While flying he served as the ALPA Chief Accident Investigator at his airline and the director of human factors
for ALPA International. In these roles he participated or led the investigation of five airline accidents and over 200 incidents in addition
to other extensive domestic and international aviation safety work. He is an internationally recognized expert in various human factors (HF)
disciplines including safety culture. Since his airline days, he has since gone on to educate other airlines and industries on how to develop
safety reporting programs and how to perform more effective and meaningful accident/incident investigations by including HF science. Shawn is
well published in both NASA and FAA technical documents in addition to a broad range of scientific literature.
